These terms cover the Currently app and this website, operated by Currently INC. By using them you agree to what is written here. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and is part of these terms.
Who can use Currently
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, we encourage you to tell a parent or guardian that you use the app.
Not medical advice
Currently provides general information, cycle predictions and an AI buddy for everyday questions. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Predictions are estimates from what you log and can be wrong. Do not rely on the app for contraception or for any medical decision. If you are worried about your health, talk to a doctor or an adult you trust. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
The buddy
The buddy is an AI. It can be wrong, and it is not a person. It is built to point you to a real person when something sounds serious. What you type in the chat is sent to our AI provider to write the reply, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you agree to that before your first message.
Your account and your data
Your account is created without an email or password. It lives on the device you set it up on unless you save it with Sign in with Apple; if you delete the app without doing that, your data cannot be recovered. Your data belongs to you. You can export it or delete it at any time from Settings.
Partner sharing
Only share your cycle with someone you trust. You can stop sharing at any time. Do not use an invite code that was not given to you.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the app or its services, use the buddy to harass anyone or to generate harmful content, or use the app for anything illegal.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as is. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Currently INC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app, which is currently nothing.

By joining the waitlist on this site you agree to receive occasional emails about early access. You can unsubscribe at any time.
